Gift Certificate "Is not Yours" error message

My husband and I received gift certificates and are trying to register for the February 25, 2016 Bordeaux Class. I repeatedly receive the following message when trying to checkout on the website:

Sorry, it seems the coupon “(not going to enter the code, obviously, but ising the correct 18 digit alpha-numeric code” is not yours – it has now been removed from your order.
Sorry, it seems the coupon “xxxxxxxxxxxxxx” is not yours – it has now been removed from your order

Please tell me how I can solve this problem and register us both for the course.

Still not working – just tried again.

Suggestions for next steps? Shall I book the class and then have you issue me a refund?

  • No, please do not do that. We can’t refund orders that way. I will reissue you a new code for the total. That will happen tomorrow.

I took a look and the codes you supplied are valid, but from quite a few years ago. I re-registered the codes, so they should work now.
