I am trying to buy a gift certificate online and the website will not allow me to add it to my cart. One line says it was added and the next says nothing is in my cart. Please help – I want to give this as a gift this weekend!!!

Okay, this was a bit more complicated than I thought. There is a bug in Internet Explorer 10 which is very likely causing our website to reject your order.
You will have to turn on “compatibility view” in Internet Explorer.

Are you using the gift certificate form located here: http://www.vinology.com/all/gift-certificate/?
Are you trying to use a coupon or another gift certificate to make the purchase?
Finally, what browser or device are you using to make the purchase?
