First Class Advanced Old World


I was unable to attend the very first class for the Adv. Old Wine Course (& I am super bummed, but it couldn’t be helped) If there is anyone who would be kind enough to email me their class notes and tasting notes I would very much appreciate it (you can take pics of your notes, that would probably be easiest)! Or maybe make a copy and give it to me next week? Anything would help! My email is [email protected]

The Old World Wine Course is a required semester: It is the sommelier certification portion of the Advanced program. As such, it is essential for both level 4 & 5 certification.

April 4th to June 6th. Classes will not be held during Passover or on Memorial Day.
