You will be pairing a wine with a single dish. The dish, the date of your exam, and your exam number have been supplied to you.
On the date of your exam, you will bring the bottle of wine* with you to class. You will supply a written explanation of your pairing as well: the explanation will be no less than three sentences but no more than two paragraphs. Please make sure to include your name and exam number as well.
*You can bring any wine at any price point you like. Keep in mind that you will not be reimbursed for the wine. If you prefer not to purchase wine, you can make your selection from the school’s inventory of varietally correct wines. You can do so from 2-3pm on either Sunday or Saturday.
