FINAL EXAM

I seem to be having difficulty this morning with computers- I already asked a question but it’s not showing up now! I was on my computer, doing my final, when I felt it acting funny so I quickly hit the “save” button, thinking I would be able to run and sign on my other computer so I could finish the exam. The unanswered questions were NOT there. I didn’t hit the complete button so now I am FREAKING out. I paid out of pocket for these classes and certification and I need help figuring this out. Please call me or email me asap. I had no intentions of this happening and really need to finish the exam, whether I have to come down and take a written one or if a new one could be put into my student entrance.

PLEASE HELP!

Philip,
I checked back and it didn’t seem like anything was changed. Is there a certain time you will be resetting it for me? I was hoping to get them finished by this weekend.

Thanks!

That’s no problem- Just more practice.

Thanks Philip!

Okay, thanks. I will have to log you out of the course, then restart it. You may have to retake the Foundation quizzes, but the Final Exam will be reset.

The exam originally had 26 questions and when I hit save and signed back in to finish it, the questions I didn’t answer yet didn’t show up.

Philip,
When my computer froze up, I thought I would be able to sign in quickly from my other, to get finished. As far as I knew, once I started the test, I would only have the time then to finish it, no matter if I signed out or not. When I signed back in from hitting the save button, only the questions I answered I showed up. Ten questions disappeared. I had half my time, if not over.

Thanks for the help,
Jessica

Hi Jessica,

The system says that your exam is In Progress. Are you able to go back in and finish it? If you can describe exactly what you are seeing that would be very helpful.

Cheers

Jessica,

You double posted this question, so I deleted the previous one. Philip will look into this issue.
