I am scheduled to attend tomorrow’s Imbibe class but will be at my grandfather’s funeral. I did not purchase protection for my tickets, but cannot imagine that would be a barrier in this case. Please contact me to reschedule at your earliest convenience.

I’m sorry to hear that, and our condolences for your loss. We understand that this is a difficult time for you and your family.
This issue has been raised previously on this forum. A few months ago, the Wine School founder addressed the matter in a detailed explanation. The full thread is available here: http://www.vinology.com/questions/question/rescheduling
As he says, we are always open to constructive criticism to improve upon our current rescheduling policy. In the meantime, your seats are freely transferable to another party that may be able to attend.

Your guests don’t have to bring anything with them, and can just check in under your last name. I’ve also let the instructor know to expect them. I hope they have a great time!
