Fall Intermediate Course, ticket insurance

I just purchased two seats (Foundation Program + National Certification) for the Fall Intermediate Course. The option to purchase ticket insurance did not come up at checkout. Is ticket insurance for the course included in the cost, in the event that I had to cancel the entire course, prior to it starting?

Thanks for fixing that (not sure what happened, my purchase receipt says intermediate!)

Good question. Great to hear from you, Shailee!

Before I answer your question, I should start with something an observation. It looks like there was an error on our site. Your tickets showed you were registering for the Foundation program, but you really wanted the Intermediate program. I fixed your registration to show you are enrolled in the Intermediate Program with National Certification.

You don’t see the option for ticket insurance because our academic wine courses now work slightly differently than previously. If you opt for National Certification, we include ticket insurance for up to two classes in the price. So as long as you are not going to miss too many classes, you are covered.

If you need to reschedule to another semester entirely, we prefer 30 days notice before the start of the program. That said, as long as we can fill your seats prior to the start of the program, it’s no problem.
