Emergency please reschedule

Keith,

I was literally about to walk out the door for my Italian wine class with my mother and sister in law when I noticed that my 6 month old was wheezing. We are at urgent care right now and will not make the class today. If at all possible, I would like to reschedule, please. We would not have missed the class, if it weren’t an emergency.

If I didn’t have ticket insurance am I out of luck? I had to urgently take my 6 month old to the emergency room

  • The page I forwarded you gave you options for upgrading your tickets.

  • This is extremely unclear to me. The link under “don’t have ticket insurance” reads, “Your reschedule request must be made two weeks before the class in question. You will be charged two small administration fees. However, we’ll send you a gift certificate, which covers all but a few dollars of those fees.
    It takes 10 business days to process your application, which must be completed before your class. If your class is coming up in the next two weeks, you will need to purchase a rush service. If you don’t, your application will be denied.

    Am I still allowed to upgrade my tickets even though the class has passed? The above seems to say no. It would be much easier to speak with someone about this on the phone, Is that possible? 610-762-5090
