Hi – I have tickets to Drunk History on November 10 but can no longer make it (I have ticket insurance). Will that class be offered again and/or will there be any other cocktail classes in the near future? Is there a wait list for the whiskey class on December 15? Thanks.

I don’t recall seeing that image. There would not have been a point of me purchasing ticket insurance for one ticket. I don’t not want a rescheduling code for one ticket. I will try and transfer the tickets to someone else. What is the policy regarding that? Do I simply give my tickets to someone else and you will accept them from them at the door?

“When I purchased the insurance I was under the impression that it covered both tickets. It did not list the number of insurance tickets purchased as it shows below in the purchasing process. I was just shown a box that says “ticket insurance” – which I clicked. I would not have purchased ticket insurance for only one ticket. Is there any way to rectify this?”
Your checkout cart only showed one instance of ticket insurance. Here is the image you were shown during checkout when you opted to purchase ticket insurance for a single ticket:
Yes, I’d be happy to add you to the waitlist for the Imbibe! class in December.
We will be holding the “Drunk History” class again but I don’t have an exact date for when that might be.
Although we will not be adding any more classes to the 2017 calendar, we will have a wide array of cocktail and spirits classes during the winter/spring.
