Do I have premium tickets?

Hello!

I purchased tickets to tomorrow’s class (3/11/15) back in December as a Christmas gift. Unfortunately due to a work conflict, my boyfriend is unable to attend. It says to reschedule you must have a premium ticket, but I’m not sure where on the ticket that’s indicated. A few questions:

  1. How do I know if I have a premium ticket?
  2. If I don’t have a premium ticket, is my purchase completely null with no option to reschedule or be refunded?

I see. Yes, your receipt will show if you opted for the upgrade or not. The upgrade would be listed as “Premium Upgrade”.

If you opted for the Premium upgrade when you made the purchase, then you can reschedule. Otherwise, you can give (or sell) the tickets to another party.

If you don’t want to give away your seats, free to submit a reschedule request. If you have premium tix, you will be issued a reschedule code.

  • Keith,Unfortunately, that response doesn't help much.I can't remember if I chose the premium option or not, which is why I'm asking if that should be indicated anywhere on my receipt or tickets - if so, please let me know.I did not purchase discounted tickets from a third party site such as Groupon or another service. I purchased straight from your website, so I don't know if those are considered "premium" or not.You mentioned above that I can submit a reschedule request, but your website states that code won't be granted for a few days. My class is tomorrow. If I don't attend class, or receive a reschedule code, then I've spent my money for nothing.I would really appreciate you pointing me in a more helpful direction. We were very excited about attending class and would hate to be disappointed based on an unavoidable conflict.Thank you!
