I have 2 tickets to the event on November 14th. My credit card was charged twice. According to my profile it looks like two attempts were made, while the first did not go through on your end, it ended up charging me twice. Can someone please contact me?
Very sorry for the inconvenience. We will pull up bank records and make sure you were only charged once. You should see the correction on your account by monday morning.
You placed the order twice, with the first one failing and the second one being approved, correct? We will contact our bank to find out why they would issue a failure code and still charge you. Thank you for letting us know about this issue.
