I purchased two tickets (plus insurance) for the March 25 beer brewing class. Unfortunately, my wife and I were not able to attend, and requested a cancellation. At this point I have not received the voucher for a new class and wanted to confirm that it is being processed. Thank you.

I apologize for the long delay in responding. My wife was pregnant during the last class, but we were hoping to redeem our tickets for the level one brewing course on March 17. Please let me know if this is possible.
