Classes Not Showing Up In My List

I signed up for the intermediate Fall Course every Sunday for 8 weeks but nothing shows up on my student entrance account. I have the receipt from the course but I’m not sure how I can access materials and information if there’s no record on my account!

My apologies for the confusion.

I did send a few emails following up on the reschedule request to see how you would like to proceed, but didn’t hear back. (If you did not receive them, please check your spam folder and be sure to whitelist emails from our domain.)

In any event, it’s no problem for you to attend the rest of the semester. You can make up last week’s class by attending the first day of the Winter semester in January. Please just let us know ahead of time, on this forum, that you will be attending.

I will add the Intermediate program to your account so that you may access the materials. If you do not see the materials by end of business tomorrow, please let me know. I hope you have a great semester!

That is because you rescheduled from the Fall Semester.

I sent you an email last week regarding whether you would like to enroll in the Winter Semester. Did you see it?

  • Thank you Philip! I’m sorry I misunderstood I did not reschedule the entire program, I only wanted to reschedule the very first class. I am still attending all other classes in the program. Has my seat already been given away? I did attend today’s second class. Please advise.
