Hi,

I am a chef and my wife purchased two wine classes for me. As you are rescheduling the class I was supposed to attend this weekend, my schedule has also gotten changed as a customer is rescheduling an event at the club because of the snow this weekend to Feb 6th (the time she had gotten me my second class_Brunello and Beyond). Because of the rescheduling, I am now going to have to work that weekend and will need to reschedule my brunello class, as well as the class she purchased me this weekend (Spanish Wines on Sat the 23rd), which you have canceled. The purchase name is Maria Jose Lisotto and I need to reschedule both classes now that she purchased me. Can you please reach out to me and let me know how to do that.

Hi Philip,

I am kindly requesting, because I am in the industry and you can appreciate how difficult scheduling can be for me, that if I cannot resell the ticket and because it is a weather related issue that I told you about weeks ago, that you allow me to reschedule the class. Can you please make that accommodation for me.

Unfortunately, they are no longer interested.

I will keep in mind that you have a ticket to sell in case anyone else would like to attend.

In the meantime, I would advise posting your ticket for resale on sites like Craig’s List. You can also offer it for sale as a new post on this forum.

Yes, if they would like to purchase the ticket or you can redeem my ticket and sell it/transfer it to them, that would be great. I would prefer, you just send me another gift certificate to the class and release the ticket to be purchased. That is a win/win for you, as you are assured money will be spent at the class instead of me not using it for the class. Please let me know if that works for you.
