Class Rescheduling

Hi Keith,
I scheduled a class for my two sons and their girlfriends as a Christmas gift for January 26th. Unfortunately my son was in a car accident and he is recovering from his injuries. He will not be able to attend the event. Is there any way I can reschedule a class for them. I would love for them to do this together. Unfortunately I was not aware of class insurance at the time of purchase. Please let me know if there is anything I can do.

I just took a look at your order, and you purchased Premium seats. Good news! Those come with ticket insurance! You can just submit a reschedule request here: https://www.vinology.com/help/reschedule/

Once you do, we’ll send you a coupon code to reschedule the classes at a later date.

Hope your son recovers quickly.
