Class reschedule

We received tickets to a Luxury Tequila class as a gift. Unfortunately we are unable to make this class, but we are very interested in other classes with you. Are we able to exchange these ticket for another class or event?

You asked in another posting how you ( a gift recipient) would know if a purchaser opted for the insurance upgrade: that is totally up to the gift purchaser.

It’s our policy to suggest gift certificates over purchasing classes for this very reason. On the checkout page we recommend that gift purchasers opt for the insurance upgrade. Not everyone takes our recommendation.

If you fill out the reschedule request and supply the name of the purchaser, we can look that up.

Great to hear. Classes can be rescheduled if the purchaser opted for ticket insurance. There is a link at the top of this page to submit a request.
