Class Cancellation and 45 day refund policy

Hi Keith,

My boyfriend and I purchased tickets to the Foundations Course starting April 3rd. Unfortunately, his work schedule has changed significantly in the past week, and we will no longer be able to attend the courses. We saw the refund policy that notes we could be refunded minus a 15% charge if we cancelled 45 days prior. We would like o move forward with this option, as the deadline for 45 days is quickly approaching. I am not sure how to go about the refund process so please get back to as soon as possible so we can make it before the 45 days. I am so sorry for the inconvenience, we really really wanted to take the course. We are going to try again next time it comes around (hopefully we will be traveling less for his work!) I appreciate your help with this!

Thank you so much! We will definitely be joining you again in the future (hopefully next time around!) I think we used two seperate credit cards so if you have a problem with the refund please just give me a call. Thanks again!
