Charged twice for one class

Hello! I took a class this evening 3/23 and we loved it! We learned though that we were charged twice for one class. Can you please refund us the $158 we were charged?

I’m glad you enjoyed the class!

I pulled up your order history and I see three orders on two different dates: On 12/18 you purchased two seats each for Exotica and Discover Your Wine Style. Then, on 12/21 you purchased another set of two seats to the latter class.

It’s actually impossible for our system to charge your card twice without your authorization under these circumstances. Our system does not retain your payment information after checkout. It’s one of the safety measures we use to protect customers’ credit card data.

As a courtesy — and especially since you had a great time — we would be happy to issue you a gift certificate in the full amount of your second purchase that would never expire. Please let me know.
