I paid tuition and enrolled in the August core course, but changed to the fall course that starts today. I haven’t received a reminder/confirming email this week. I need to switch to the January core course that starts on Jan 21. Please confirm that this is approved. I still haven’t received a “ticket” or tuition gift certificated. Thank you.

Please understand that it is exceedingly rare for someone to reschedule twice in the same year; each time you do so you prevent another person from joining the class.
As I explained above, I’m unable to provide a firm answer now regarding the winter semester. However, we could guarantee you a spot in the spring program or the summer accelerated. Please let me know.
Thank you for your considerate response. There was confusion on both sides that contributed to my October 15 notification. I regret my part in inconveniencing anyone else who wished to take the course.
Enrollment in the winter semester is extremely important to me, and it bears on developing employment and career plans. If you cannot commit to winter enrollment now, can you please give me an idea of when I will hear. I will need to adjust work and travel plans.

It’s too bad that we weren’t informed of your need to reschedule again until the first day of class. There were almost twenty people on the waitlist who would have loved to join in.
I’ll do my best to get you into the winter semester but I can’t promise as it’s almost sold out and we are giving priority to those people who lost out on attending this semester.
