Our daughter, Sonia Pelletreau, signed us up for the Italian class on December 3, 2015… Is it possible to switch the two tickets to January 23, 2016, Spanish Academy? If so what is the procedure? Thank you.

To reschedule a class, all you have to do is click on “Reschedule a Class” The link is at the top of every page under “support”. Fill out the form and click “submit”. We will send you a reschedule code, which you can use to register for another class. I would strongly suggest purchasing the ticket insurance again, as only tickets with that insurance can be rescheduled
I reviewed the roster for this class, and also checked our order database, and do not see a reservation under that name for the Italian wine class. Is there another name that the reservation might be under?
To switch a class, the purchaser must buy the ticket insurance for each ticket. That allows a ticketholder to reschedule to another class. If the ticket insurance was not purchased, you can still transfer the seat to anyone of your choosing.
