I contact you from the Department of Global Hospitality & Tourism Management, at University of West Florida, interested in proposing the following.

We are a hospitality management program, and although we don’t focus on food & Beverage, we would like to offer our students the possibility of receiving wine and spirits training, and be able to certify them as sommeliers or similar. We would provide trainin either via online, and with few classes on site, for which we could find experts our local area.

Would your institution be interested in partnering with us in some form or fashion, so our students can receive this certification from both of us? DO you currently do anything similar? Do you have any suggestions on how we could achieve this?
