Can't access readings for academic programs

I am unable to access any of the readings now for Foundations or Intermediate Classes. I am getting a message that I have to pay for the classes (which I have), went thru student entrance, logged in, and have taken the first two quizzes for both classes. I want to access the readings for Red Wines and for Australia.

You should have access to the online program again. We just finished the second round of upgrades. Thank you for your patience!

The issue has been resolved. All academic students can again read their class material. Thank you for your patience.

If you are attending a wine course and cannot view your material or take a test:

We are currently upgrading some internal systems that tie into the cloud based testing center for the National Wine School. This is in conjunction with an annual audit to insure speed and security of our systems.

Students currently enrolled in wine courses may experience delays or failures when logging into our online wine education center.

This will not effect most students. If you are experiencing issues, we expect them to be resolved by February the 9th. Thank you for your assistance!
