Cannot access courses

Hey! I am back from harvest and am trying to get online to my courses to finish up my last final but for some reason it won’t work when I click the link. Are you guys updating? Just want to know when I could start on it.

Keith, could you see my work that was done then? I had everything in for southern France and then I had my final due for old world. Could you just let me know what the final was and what regions we went over so I could do it and have it ready?

Keith,
I am on firefox. I tried explorer and chrome as well but still can’t click the course material. I know my Southern France still wasn’t graded yet, so I should have that and the Old World up. I finished everything in SF, but I didn’t add my final project to Old World yet. I know it was the wine list, but I forget how many of each and can’t see what regions we went over now. I saw another question posted that someone else can’t access it either. I could click everything except when I go to the Student entrance, it will not allow me to click the student support link or the courses that are still open.

    what happens when you click on “Wine Courses” ?

    Do you see your completed and incomplete courses?

  • Nope. I see the account details and I am able to click the links under that, then below is the student support, which I cannot access from that link, and then the wine courses link which nothing is under and won’t allow me to click on it.

  • Refresh the page and ONLY click on the “wine course” tab. Tell me what happens.

  • refreshed, nothing happens. tried it on my phone and another computer, still nothing. It just won’t do anything when I click on it.

  • I can’t replicate this, and it’s not a known issue. I’ll look into this further, but that is going to take an unknown amount of time. If it’s a user error, that’s usually easy to fix. Would take a few days at most. However, if it’s actually a system error, then this could take weeks to resolve.

Welcome back. There shouldn’t be any issues with the site. I am not able to replicate the issue.

Make sure to clear your internet cache, log out, and log back in. If you still are having issued, you’ll need to tell me what page your on, how you are trying to get into the program, and what type of browser you are working on.
