Can I switch my class?

I asked a question about 15 minutes ago inquiring about which class I had enrolled in. I soon after found out that I paid for two people for the Mother’s Day Chocolate Wine pairing. Is there any way I can switch to a comparably priced wine tasting class? I have other plans with my mother that day and it is unclear if I can make the class I am currently signed-up for. I would be willing to pay a little extra for a comparable class if that is all that is available. Thanks so much for your help.

The class is scheduled for two and was purchased with a credit card registered to Jill Frisch, None of us can recall when exactly we scheduled the class for. If it’s of any use, my name is Charlie Rioux and my girlfriend’s name is Cheyenne Allenby.

Please respond ASAP.

My mom believes she scheduled it for a Monday, but she cannot recall if it was this Monday or next.

Thanks for the questions today. If you purchased ticket insurance you can request a reschedule code. Here’s the link: https://www.vinology.com/help/reschedule/ You’ll get a reschedule code for the full price you paid for the tickets.

If you didn’t opt for the insurance, all is not lost. You can transfer your tickets to someone else, or offer the tickets for sale on ebay/craigslist.
