Several of us in the Foundation Course were discussing Loire Cab Franc during our lab class last Sunday, with some of us commenting on how much we like it and others never having tried it. I was thinking about bringing a bottle to this Sunday’s class, for people to try afterwards, if they would like. Just wondering if that’s ok, or if you guys don’t really like students doing that? Also, if you think that would be confusing, since Cab Franc isn’t one of the specific varietals we’ve been studying, then no problem, just figured I’d ask.
