Brewing school

I am a home brewer. Would you brewing class anything beyond the basics of brewing? Is there any commercial aspect to your brewing class. I.e. how the pros do it sort of thing.

Bruce,

This isn’t a pro brewing program. It is an academic program which goes into technical aspects of fermentation. The program also trains the students in the sensory aspects of fermentation and production (very similar to our Wine Foundation program which a number of pro brewers have attended). The beer produced will be a basic one, but the focus is on-hands training along with lab work along coupled with the academic underpinning of fermentation.
