Billing issue - was not able to apply a Gift Certificate

Hi Kieth – I have purchased 2 tickets for Wine 101 class on October 17th for my husband and I. Unfortunately I was not able to apply the gift certificate during the checkout out and ended up purchasing the full price on my credit card. Could you please help me apply the gift certificate amount to our order?
