Thank you for getting back to me, except that $5-7k is not justified when your not Jim Koch or Sam Calagione, so I am not sure where that pricing comes from. Just for your knowledge, if you wanted to learn how to make and cook fresh pasta with Mark Vetri in a private lesson it’s only $700 and I’m sorry but your not the Mark Vetri of beer in Philadelphia. If you ever have realistic pricing let us know, also get an email address that people can reach out to you, this forum is a joke and makes you seem pompous.

Hello, I had trouble finding the info on the site, it probably was right in front of my face. Myself and fiancé are beer snobs, we are also wine snobs, but this is a beer question. I use to brew a lot of beer but stopped for a number of years and am not getting back into it. We are big Belgian fans and we’re looking to brew a versatile saison that can be played with flavor wise. We are also looking to brew a botanical, hop free beer. Is it possible to have private lessons so to say? We live in center city so we’re in the area. Let us know. Thanks.
