We are considering signing up for the above. We see it starts at 7:30pm and involves food as well as wine. Is the food part substantial so as to be our dinner or not so substantial that we should eat dinner before coming? Also, my wife does not eat red meat or pork (poultry and fish ok) and I am allergic to nuts. Can these dietary restrictions be accommodated ? We have attended several of your tastings and really enjoy your programs. Thanks.

Joe,

Good to hear from you. We can typically work around a dietary restriction, especially for awesome folks like you and your wife.

However, that peanut allergy is problematic. We can’t guarantee the catering kitchen we use for prep/cooking is allergen-free . I’d love to have you in this class –I think you would love it– but I don’t think it’s worth the risk.

Thanks, Keith. I am not that allergic that I have to worry about the caterer’s kitchen. It is only if the food actually served has nuts. Is the food served substantial enough so as to be our dinner or not so sustantial that we should eat dinner before coming ? Thanks again.
