I bought tickets to the August 23 class. Unfortunately, my boyfriend now has to travel for work and can’t make it. I looked up the rescheduling option and it says if you have a premium ticket you can reschedule. I looked for that option when I was buying the tickets but didn’t see any option to upgrade. Since they aren’t discount tickets, does that mean I can reschedule? I didn’t want to submit the request if I wasn’t eligible.

We always allow someone who can’t attend to transfer or sell their seats to a third party without giving us advance notice.
