Hi, Keith. My son gave us a gift certificate from your school. We live in North NJ and are moving to North Carolina at the end of March. I’ve been trying to schedule a wine course (or any other event) during February or March, but everything is sold ou. Can you pls advice how could I use the certificate during the above mentioned timeframe as anything thereafter will be difficult for us given that we will be residing in North Carolina. I have called your business to speak to someone about it but it looks like the only way to get answers to inquires is vio on-line. Thanks in advanced for your prompt response.

Many companies now use forums like this now. We love it because it’s very transparent: it’s a public record of how we relate to our customers, and how they relate to us. You can always opt to put names and other sensitive information in the “Personal & Private Information” section of our forum.
Because so many people get gift certificates for the holidays, we always release at least 20 classes after the holidays. Those classes range from wine 101 to advanced programs. Most of those classes are happening in February and March. That said, at this late date, things are going to be sold out. The best bet is to keep an eye on our front page and facebook (www.facebook.com/phillywine). We sometimes have people rescheduling.
If worst comes to worst, you absolutely can regift this certificate or even sell it online. If you do, just make sure to include the alpha-numeric coupon code included on the gift.
The certificate was purchased in December. My son’s name is : Daniel Nieto. Also, the certificate may have been purchased by my son’s girlfriend: Kristina Keistein. I must indicate that this type / method of customer support is very unusual and awkward as questions and answers are public. Not good business practice.
