Accommodating Vegetarians

I’m interested in purchasing the Cook & Corks: Food & Wine Pairing on September 2 to celebrate my wife’s birthday (which is the following day), however she’s a vegetarian and, before doing so, I wanted to make sure that the pairing would be able to accommodate a vegetarian in a creative way beyond just providing pasta or vegetables.

Could you let me know if this is possible?

As the chef, I need to point out that everything is prepared family style, and served collectively. If there is a vegetarian, I would make sure that at least two of the three courses is vegetarian. However, the third probably wouldn’t be.

Thank you for your question, and your interest in our classes.

We can definitely accommodate dietary needs if we know about them in advance. When you register for a class, there is a field to add a note for us. That would be the appropriate place to give us notice. You could also post on this forum after completing the purchase.

One note: The food served is not meant to approximate a full meal. It is more like heavy hors d’oevres.
