Keith Thanks below is what I see in my account. Then when I click on the course
what I see is a screen to pay to upgrade to what I have already purchased. What is next to access the materials?

Thank you.

  • Gordon, please answer these questions in this forum, as a comment below mine. 1. Did you create an account yourself, or are you using the account that was created for you? 2. Are you logged in when you see that upgrade request? 3. If you are logged in, are you seeing the upgrade request under the "Certification Programs" at this link: //www.vinology.com/my-account/ 4. did you click "delete this class" at any time.
  • Keith thanks for your help. One of the students gave me the key strokes and I located this material.

Keith

Thanks

In those previous e-mails I did answer both your questions

cut and pasted below

When I go to my account and select the Certification tab it shows the Foundation course as an active course. In the Account tab it shows recent order, my address and saved card

Does that indicate something I set up? or is there another step for me to do?

apologize for my confusion. I am anxious to dig in to the materials

Set up an account – is there a way to determine if it is correctly done?

Thanks

Gordon

  • Gordon, If you see the Foundation program in your account, you have access. What happens when you click on the class?
