Hi I am interested in taking a course with this school. But I am unsure of what class I should get started with first. I am interested in becoming a Sommelier and I would like to take the class in the fall semester, that is when my restaurant season is slow.
-Is there a difference between the class with pairing with food than the class without? Will I be gaining all the information there is to know?
-Would it benefit taking the class with the food pairings than without?
-Is there any Financial aide or payment plans?
