Hi I am interested in taking a course with this school. But I am unsure of what class I should get started with first. I am interested in becoming a Sommelier and I would like to take the class in the fall semester, that is when my restaurant season is slow.

-Is there a difference between the class with pairing with food than the class without? Will I be gaining all the information there is to know?
-Would it benefit taking the class with the food pairings than without?
-Is there any Financial aide or payment plans?

No worries about the food question. I was just totally confused. How would I set up a payment plan with the school? Id like to set this up today if at all possible.

For your stated goals, you are correct in opting for the Fall semester of the Core program. I don’t understand your question regarding food, though. We can set up a payment plan for you.
