We have not been able to move these 4 tickets we have to Wine 101 on 9/16 and we are not able to attend as we have to go out of town. Is there a waiting list yet? Or have you had any inquiries about tickets for that day? We would really like to speak with someone about this and what we can do.
Keith – I know you do not usually give refunds, but it would really be wonderful if we could speak to you about it or even just getting a voucher to use for another class. Please contact me.

We always help folks out! You are on our list, and if someone is interested, they will reach out, and we will put you in contact.
On another note, this may be good news for you: I took a look, and we don’t have a registration under your name for that class. I doesn’t look like you have ever registered for a class. I didn’t do a full review, but your name isn’t showing up as someone who purchased tickets.
If someone else purchased the class for you, you may want to reach out to them. If/when you end up selling the tickets, the purchaser would be the ones to authorize the transfer.
There is plenty of time before the event and people may come to the website and see it’s sold out and not inquire about tickets. You could list them as available and if someone takes them, great. If not, that’s okay too. We are just asking that you work with us!
