      Hi –

      I signed up for 3 online courses
      (1) May 6th – Washington and Oregon
      (2) May 23rd – Online Food and wine Pairing
      (3) May 30th – Wines of Italy

      I never received the email invite to the Washington and Oregon class and I’m now concerned that the same will happen for my other two upcoming courses. The courses are not appearing on my account as purchases, but I have been charged a total of $40 for the 3 classes.

      Can you help me with this issue?

      Jennifer,

      I checked, and the email with the call-info was sent to you this morning. Is it possible that it is in your spam or junk folder?

      Another possibility is that the wrong email was provided at checkout. The email address we have for you is j***********ee@gmail.com. Does your gmail address end in “ee” or should it be “er”?
