      Hi there,

      I am unsure what is the best way to contact someone at the Wine School during the current pandemic. I read through the information listed on the website regarding Covid-19 protocols, but I did not see the answer to my question. I received an email with a code to reschedule my May Wine 101 course in the future. Although I would love to do this, I will be moving from PA in June and wanted to talk with someone about a refund. Please let me know how to go about this. Thanks in advance.

      Hi Kayla,

      Thank you for your post. The Wine School does not issue refunds for its tickets; however, they are freely transferable so can be sold or gifted to someone else. Plus they never expire.
