Hi, hope you are doing well.
I had 2 tickets to last Sunday’s Exotic & Natural Wines class. We showed up at 4pm but the school was closed (tried the doorbell and calling). Since the class wasn’t showing up on the full calendar, we also called several times and sent an Instagram message earlier in the week. Understand things must be very hectic right now, but wanted to provide context.
Since the class was cancelled, can you please either send a refund or transfer code?

You should have received a reschedule code in advance of the class, since we are not yet open to the public.
I am sending you a code now so that you can purchase premium tickets to this class, or a similar class, in the future. If you do not see it, please let me know.
