The Wine School’s signature event! In this food and wine pairing event, we pit one of the city’s top wine professionals against the founder of the Wine School of Philadelphia…and all for you! The Chef-Emcee of the evening is Keith Wallace, who crafts a menu that will test the sommelier’s mettle to the fullest.
Best of all, you are the judge. Attendees sample each of food & wine pairings, then vote on the skills of the sommelier’s skill. Contestants are not just local somms. Past participants have included some of the sommeliers in America, plus winemakers, celebrities, and authors.
