Combined with Spain’s excellent wines, it makes for an irresistible tasting class. In this class, we highlight some of the traditional foods of Spain—as varied and inventive as any —and couple them with world-class regional wines. From the wind-swept grapes of Galicia to the slate-encrusted vineyards of Priorat to the ancient planes of Andalucia: the wines of Spain are some of the most complex and compelling in the world.
