In easy to follow techniques, the chef-instructor will show you how to master essential pasta techniques. From knife skills to the proper saute, this class will keep you cooking in style.

The goal is for you to learn fundamental techniques under the care of our top chef-instructor. During class, we will highlight preparation details that will make dishes both inviting and accessible. From prep to perfection, Pasta 101 sets you up for kitchen success.

This is a hands-on cooking class. Every student is required to bring the following to class:
