Why Craft Beer 101
It’s a great time to be a beer lover. There are thousands of great beers to choose from, and more come every day. That also makes this the most confusing time to be a beer lover. That is why this is a fantastic class for beer enthusiasts and budding homebrewers alike. This class demystifies beer in an easy to understand format, which is why Beer 101 is the class that every beer lover should attend at least once in their drinking lives.
Understanding Beer
No other class approaches the subject of beer in the same way: jumping right to the elements of beer that you love and know more about. In this class, you will learn about the four major families of beer: the ales, lagers, wheat beers, and wild ales. You will also learn how the four major elements of beer–water, hops, grains, and yeast– create the amazing diversity that is modern craft beer.
