We believe the best way to learn how to cook is to actually start cooking. That is why Cooking 101 is a hands-on culinary class. The goal is for you to learn fundamental techniques under the care of our top chef-instructor. During class, we will highlight preparation details that will make dishes both inviting and accessible. From preparing ingredients to preparing a perfect steak, Cooking 101 sets you up for kitchen success.

Cooking 101 Class Requirements
This is a hands-on cooking class. Every student is required to bring the following equipment to class:
- Chef Knife
- Heat-resistant Spatula
- Saute Pan
- 2 Bar Towels
- $40 Supply Fee
