Beer Brewing Program, Level One (Spring Semester)
Brewing classes are held on May 9th and May 30th, from 1pm to 5pm.
In this brewing class, you will learn how to brew great beer. Even better, you will be brewing your own beer. A brewer-instructor will guide you through the process step by step: from brew to boil to bottle. By the end of the second day of class, you will be bottling your own hand-crafted beer. And leaving with all the knowledge you need to start brewing at home.

Student Praise for the Level One Brewing Program
I’ve been an amateur brewer for a few years now. I really like how Keith stripped away much of the unessential work and highlighted the essential techniques. I am a better brewer than I was before. I highly recommend this program
I never brewed before this class, and I made a Pliny the Elder-style beer the first time out. It was a great beer, and the class is very good. If you want to learn how to brew beer, I would come here.
I was surprised at how many other women were in this class. The class was totally worth it. Five stars!
