Beer Brewing Program, Level Two (Winter Semester)

New to brewing? We suggest attending the Level One Brewing Program first.
The Level Two Brewing Program is a critical step toward becoming a master homebrewer. In this program, the student learns to develop beer recipes and brew all-grain beers.
Course fees do not include the brewing supplies fee of $50, payable first day of class.
This is a two-day beer brewing program. Classes are held on February 6th and March 6th.
