The second annual Beef Beer & Bourbon event is upon us! In this tasting class, we do something we probably should do more than once a year: create amazing pairings with three of our favorite things.

In this class, we select our top beers and bourbons from our cellar, and then build a beef-centric tasting menu around them. In this class, you will get to experience the recipes & pairings from our bestselling cookbook as well as brand new  dishes and pairings. It’s not an event to miss!
