Winemaker Diploma Schedule

Section One: Regional and Sensory Training

Every winemaker must be a  better wine taster than a sommelier. They must also know the details of all major wine regions around the world. This section delivers these core aptitudes. 

April 11th to June 6th. Classroom hours are Sundays from 2 pm – 6:30 pm. There will be no class on Mother’s Day.

Section Two: Winemaking, Part One

In this section, you will be working crush with your team of fellow winemaking students. This section ends with your wines being pressed into barrel. 

October 25th to November 15th. Classroom hours are 7:30 to 9:30, plus at least one lab session. There is an additional $100 lab fee for this program.

Section Three: Winemaking, Part Two

The final section takes wines through barrel aging, racking, blending, and into the bottle.  This is the section that will turn you from an amateur into a professional.

March 14th to March 28th. Classroom hours are 7:30 to 9:30, plus at least one lab session. More information is here.

The Winemakers Club

Being apart of this program gives you immediate access to our private club. This includes private wine tastings, online seminars, consulting services, and more.

Limitations and Requirements

The student cannot reschedule this program. All classes must be taken on the dates posted. Canceling or postponing any section of this program will revoke the $400 discount.  This includes a one-year membership in our private wine club.
