The Wine School of Philadelphia is embarking on an exciting transition, moving all student records from our internal system to the National Wine School (NWS) platform. This significant change aligns us with university standards and offers numerous benefits to you, 

This new system is seamless, gives you direct access to your grades and official transcripts, and even allows you to post your verified sommelier certifications on LinkedIn.

However, it does require us digitizing your school records and uploading them to the National Wine School's database. 

The one step we need from you is to complete the University Digital Transfer Application. If you are both a current student and a dues-paying member of the school, we will cover 100% of the application cost. 

If you are in the Advanced Sommelier program, completing this form before March 1st is essential. This will ensure that your path toward Advanced and Master-level sommelier certification continues unimpeded.
