I love teaching the Core Sommelier Program. It's a captivating semester for both student and teacher. Over the years, I have found it a rare opportunity to make someone's life better. I am always on board for that challenge.

We are offering these classes specifically for the holiday season. The Bourbon and 101 classes are all-time favorites, and the Chateneuf-du-Pape class is a personal favorite. Finally, I started collecting these wines seven years ago, specifically for this Burgundy class.
