I’ve got a quick winter update for you. A few things are lining up at once: two of our Advanced-level programs are down to their final seats, we’ve opened a couple of free member events to bring everyone together before the new year, and I pulled together this month’s list of the best wines under $20 in PA. You and I have talked about value hunting before, and this list is unusually strong.

As part of the School community, you always get first pass at the opportunities that actually matter. Everything below is aimed at helping you keep moving forward — in your studies and in your cellar.

I'd love to see you this month, ! Uncorked is our BYO event, where I will be laying out a fantastic spread of Hors d'oeuvres, and "After Wine School" is when you can pop in for help in anything wine, business, or education-related.

If you’re working toward the Advanced Sommelier Certification or the Master in Wine Program, these are two of the most important courses you can take, and they’re only offered once every two years. Both programs currently have just three seats left, since some students are taking both. If you're planning to advance your credentials, this is the window.
